Grass Roots Australia launches a refreshed program for Global Printer and Consumables business.

Grass Roots Australia announced today the launch of a new rewards program for a leading global printer and consumables business. The program which is focused on engaging, equipping and motivating the channel resellers, places attention on rewarding exceptional sales achievement and is designed to place the brand in a top-of-mind position.

Grass Roots placed emphasis on identifying specific issues facing resellers and understanding what is required to perform at optimum level. Mystery shoppers were tasked with conducting a series of mystery shops which found that many resellers valued the quality of the brand, but were not excited and engaged with it.

In refreshing and re-launching a rewards program that was already being run by the client, Grass Roots intends to excite and inspire resellers, thereby driving the brand to top-of-mind. A connected audience will be more open and receptive to planned learning modules about new products. In addition, establishing a working relationship between manufacturer and reseller provides invaluable market insight that will be a great strategic benefit in the future.

Following the launch and transition of existing program members, Grass Roots and the client have designed a communications strategy aimed at engaging with members of the client’s partner program who are not currently involved in the rewards scheme. Further mystery shopping and behavioural incentives, as well as prize-giving quizzes are scheduled to be released as secondary stages of the program.
